OFFER RULES: MILESTONES
1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. This promotional competition is exclusive to Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion is open to Emnotweni Rewards members only. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, through any other form of consideration only points earned during the promotional period will be considered.
4. Emnotweni Rewards members will receive +Play Rewards based on specific points earning criteria, from 1 Dec 2024 as listed below:
4.1 A Tier: R500 +Play for every 20 000 points earned, up to 10 +Play Rewards per month. Once all 10 +Play Rewards have been earned, the cardholder can earn an additional once-off R5000 +Play if the cardholder earned a further 100 000 points before 31 December 2024, 23h59.
4.2 K:Tier: R500 +Play for every 20 000 points earned, up to 10 +Play Rewards per month. Once all 10 +Play Rewards have been earned, the cardholder can earn an additional once-off R5000 +Play if the cardholder earned a further 100 000 points before 31 December 2024, 23h59.
4.3 Q Tier: R50 +Play for every 2 000 points earned, up to 8 +Play Rewards per month. Once all 8 +Play Rewards have been earned, the cardholder can earn an additional once-off R250 +Play if the cardholder earned a further 9 000 points before 31 December 2024, 23h59.
4.4 J Tier as well as 10-Tier cardholders need to earn 500 points to qualify for a once-off R50 +Play. Thereafter, the cardholder need to register 2 or more gaming visits every Friday to Thursday, to qualify for an additional R50 +Play Reward.
4.5 Festive Rewards – on 13 & 27 December 2024 J and 10-Tier qualifying guests will receive a once-off Tier-Based reward valid for one day only if they achieved the 1st Milestone Reward for their respective tier.
4.6. 4.5 Festive Rewards – on 13 & 27 December 2024 Q-Tier, K-tier and A-Tier qualifying guests will receive a once-off Tier-Based reward valid for one day only if they achieved the 2nd Milestone Reward for their respective tier.
5. A Tier, K Tier and Q Tier +Play Rewards will be released on eHosts and/or the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, once earned, and will be communicated through CRM triggered SMS.
6. J-Tier and 10-Tier +Play earned, once 500 points have been achieved, will be released on eHosts and/or the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, and communicated through CRM triggered SMS. Additional Weekly +Play Rewards to qualifiers, will be released on eHosts every Friday, and communicated through SMS.
7. Points-based +Play Rewards will be available for redemption until 7 January 2025, 23h59, after which it will expire if not claimed or used.
8. Visit-based +Play Rewards will be available from Fridays to Thursdays. If not claimed within 7 days after being released on eHosts and/or the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, the +Play will expire if not claimed and used.
9. +Play cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred to any other person, other than the qualifying cardholder.
10. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
11. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
12. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
13. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
