Spring has sprung and the smell of fresh blooms are in the air in Mbombela. What better time for Emnotweni to be giving away a Car a Month!

Emnotweni is launching this promotion on 3 September with cash prizes valued at R35000; where-after weekly draws will take place every Wednesday and Saturday until 26 Oct. Just imagine! Someone could win A CAR during ANY of the CAR A MONTH draws held from 7 September until 26 October 2022! There is also a share of over R500 000 in Cash which will be given away. Exciting right?

HOW DOES IT WORK:
3 winners will be announced at 13h00, 19h00, 20h00 and 21h00 for prizes of R5000, R2000 and R1000 per hour. The winner of R5000 will also get a chance to CRACK THE CODE to try to win a Toyota Agya per month. If the Agya is won in the month; the car will be replaced with an awesome R50 000 cash prize which will be hidden in the safe for the rest of the draws for that month. Should there still be no winner by the end of each month, a special BONUS draw will be held on 30 Sept and /or 29 October where the monthly car will be given away!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Find out more at the equal opportunity launch draws on 3 September where all active Emnotweni Rewards cardholders will get 1 x free entry ticket each. Weekly draws from 7 Sept to 26 Oct: Players will get one entry ticket for every 100 points earned from 3 Sept till 26 October 2022- ticket earning capped at 300 tickets. Bonus draws on 30 Sept / 29 Oct: Same as weekly draws, but no longer capped. Earning will be up to the last draw of the month.

  1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
  2. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. This promotional competition is exclusive to all Rewards Programme cardholders (“Participants”) subject to their respective active membership(s) at Emnotweni Casino.
  4. Draws for this promotional competition will take place on these dates from the Emnotweni Casino draw stage:
    3 September 2022 (launch draw); as well as 7, 10,14,17,21,24, 28 September; and 1, 5,8,12,15,19,22,26 October 2022.
  5. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. Entries accrue proportionally as per advertised earning criteria during 3 September to 26 October 2022 (“Promotional Earning Period”). Points/tickets are not transferable.
  6. During the launch draw all active Rewards cardholders will receive 1x entry ticket.
  7. Earning criteria for tickets to draws from 7 Sept to 26 October.
    7.1 Draws from 7 Sept to 26 Oct 2022: Electronic TEEDS selection draws at 13h00, 19h00, 20h00 and 21h00
    7.2 Earn 100 points per entry ticket
    7.3 Draw ticket entries will capped at 300 per participant, per draw
  8. Earning criteria for Bonus draws will be 100 points per entry up to the last weekly draw of the month. Uncapped.
  9. Participants must activate their entry into the draw/s from 08h00 am an eHost; and a receipt per promotion day
  10. Once a participant has printed a draw receipt, their draw entry/entries are entered into the electronic TEEDS draw
  11. Draw times, dates and points criteria to earn tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  12. Participants will have 90 seconds to present themselves at the draw stage if their ticket is drawn, and must present positive identification.
  13. Verification process will be conducted by Security at the draw stage and Surveillance will oversee the draw process. The promotions team may use the GMS loyalty system to assist with verification process.
  14. Prizes:
    14.1 Three winners per hour selected; announced from 3rd prize to 1st prize.
    14.2 The 1st prize winner of every hour will ALSO have an opportunity to try and CRACK THE CODE to win an Agya per        month. ONCE THE CAR HAS BEEN WON per month, the car-prize will change to a R50 000 CASH prize.
    14.3 If the car is NOT won by the last draw date of each month, a draw will be held on 30 September / 29 October where the car will be given away. Players will be rewarded with a ticket for every 100 points earned over the promotion period up to the last weekly draw of the particular month. The tickets will not NOT be CAPPED to a maximum of 300 tickets.
  15. Participants can be drawn more than once per day, but may only win ONCE per hour.
  16. Participants must be present to qualify for prizes, persons who cannot be present can complete the required PROXY nominations form at the Customer Service & Cash desk from 08h00 on the draw days. Proxy nominations closes 15 minutes before each advertised draw time and date per draw day.
  17. Authorized representatives of a participant shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
  18. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
  19. Should the prize winner not present themselves, and there is no record of the prize winner nominating a representative to act on their behalf, prizes may be forfeited and redraw may be held.
  20. Should the prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of nominating a representative to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  21. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  22. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
  23. All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; any complaints arising at the event will be investigated and forwarded to the MER for investigation and final decision.
  24. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  25. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
