Double The Fun

1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. This promotional competition is exclusive to Rewards Programme members (the “Participants”), and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotion is open to Emnotweni Rewards members only. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, through any other form of consideration only points earned during the promotional period will be considered.
4. Entry criteria:
4.1 Earning +Play!
4.1.1 Jack and 10-tier members who enters the draws will receive R15 +Play for every 300 points earned in the 7 days prior to each draw date. Up to R1500 +Play per week in +Play could be available for collection from Sundays to Fridays.
4.1.2 All Ace, King & Queen members will receive R50 +Play for every 1000 points earned in the 7 days prior to the draw date. Up to R5000 in +Play could be claimed per week from Fridays to Wednesdays.
4.2 Electronic Launch Draws
4.2.1 Jack & 10 tier members: Launch Draw will be held at 13h00 on Friday, 26 April 2024
4.2.2 Jack and 10-tier members will get 1 ticket for every point they earned from 29 Feb to 25 April 2024. Collect your tickets from 11h00 for the draw at 13h00. Maximum tickets pp will be capped at 50,000 tickets.
4.2.3 Ace, King & Queen: Launch Draw will be held at 19h00 on Friday, 26 April 2024
4.2.4 Ace, King & Queen tier members will get 1 ticket for every point they earned from 29 Feb to 25 April 2024. Collect your tickets from 17h00 for a draw at 19h00.
4.3 Weekly electronic draws
4.3.1 Ace, King & Queen tier members: draws will be held weekly at 13h00 and 19h00 on Thursdays
4.3.2 5 FREE TICKETS will be allocated to cardholders for every WEEKLY CASH DRAW
4.3.3 One ticket for every 1000 points earned in the 7 days prior to the draw. Points earned from Thursday to Wednesday will count towards ticket earning.
4.3.4 Jack & 10-tier members: draws will be held weekly at 13h00 and 19h00 on Saturdays
4.3.5 One ticket for every 300 points earned in the 7 days prior to the draw. Points earned from Saturday to Friday will count towards ticket earning.
4.4 Final Draw
4.4.1 Ace, King & Queen tier members: Final draw on Thu, 27 Jun at 19h00. One ticket for every 1000 points earned from 29 Feb to 20 Jun 2024
4.4.2 Jack & 10-tier members: Final draw on Saturday, 29 Jun at 19h00. One ticket for every 300 points earned from 29 Feb to 22 Jun 2024
5 Same earning criteria will apply for evening and afternoon draw sessions (no points will be deducted for any of these choices)
6 Draw entry tickets cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration.
7 Draws tickets must be entered into the electronic draw bin through activation on the eHost/APP. Entries open two hours prior to advertised draw times.
8 Prize Winners will be selected by way of a random electronic draw at the advertised draw dates and times; at the Promotional draw stage at Emnotweni Casino.
9 Winners will be announced via the public address system at the casino.
10 Draw times and dates, and prizes will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
11 Participants will have 90 seconds to be verified on stage in order to claim the prize. Verification of winners can be done by using a valid ID Document, Driver’s License, Passport or the GMS Patron Management system.
12 The verification team will validate the ticket before the participant is announced as the winner.
13 A process for declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Customer Service Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
14 Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process. (Please refer to the prescribed Proxy nomination form for this purpose).
15 Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket receipt and positive and acceptable form of identification.
16 Should the prize winner or nominated Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
17 Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
18 Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
19 The prize winner must claim the prize at Emnotweni Cash Desk within 15 days of the draw.
20 All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
21 Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
22 In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
23 Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
24 The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
