1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to Gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly controls or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners’ business partners or immediate family members.
4. Any person deviating from the promotional rules will be disqualified.
5. If any rules are found to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effect.
6. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
7. Finalists and/or Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw from the casino stage, and winners will be called via the public address system at the casino. Draw times and dates; and methods to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.

9. Persons who cannot be present for the draw can complete the required Proxy nomination form
10. A process for declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Customer Services Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day. (Proxy nominated).
11. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Relevant parties when completing this process must present positive and acceptable form of identification.
12. Prize winners or nominated proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and positively identify themselves by presenting valid identification or Emnotweni Rewards card. GMS may be used as a way to assist in identifying as winner
13. Should the prize winner or nominated proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, they will forfeit the prize and a re-draw will take place
14. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
15. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
16. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
17. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

1. Three winners will be selected using the Random Active Player Selection (RAPS) at 21h00

1. Multiplier for Bonus Play is 4X
2. Only the Member in whose name the Tsogo Rewards Card has been issued or whose name has been used to register on the Tsogo Sun App, is entitled to use the Tsogo Rewards benefits and discounts associated with it.
3. The Bonus Play Multiplier applies to all Tsogo Rewards members who have earned more than 50,000 in REWARDS points when playing at Emnotweni Casino and who have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App before 07:59 at least 3 days prior to the advertised date.
4. The Bonus Play Multiplier will multiply all slots and tables play by 4 (four), for the play sessions that started and ended between 08h00 and 23h59 on each advertised 4x Multiplier date.
5. Only persons 18 years and older are permitted to become a Tsogo Rewards member and download the Tsogo Sun App.
