  1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to Gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly controls or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners’ business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is open to Emnotweni Black, Platinum & Gold Rewards cardholders and will run from 6 November 2021 until 18 December 2021.
  5. Draw dates, times and prizes will be communicated via SMS/text message. Participants who wish to be notified must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  6. For the weekly draws there will be two entry bins – one for Black, and one for Gold & Platinum players combined.
  7. Emnotweni Rewards Cardholders only need to earn as little as 20 points to qualify for a ticket, and can receive up to 5 entry tickets per visit.
  8. The Launch draw will take place on 6 November 2021 at 19h00.
    • 3 Winners will be drawn, manually sharing R10K Cash
      • 1st Ticket = R2,000 Cash
      • 2nd Ticket = R3,000 Cash
      • 3rd Ticket = R5,000 Cash
    • If a winner is a Black Card, they will get an additional R,1000 FreePlay.
    • If a winner is a Platinum Card, they will get an additional R500 FreePlay.
    • If the winner is a Gold Card, they will get an additional R100 FreePlay.

  12. The Bonus draw will take place on 27 November 2021 at 19h00

  13. Entry tickets will be capped at 20 tickets per weekly period
  14. Manual draws are planned to be done on live on stage, and although guests do not need to be present to claim a prize, they will have to activate their tickets on the eHosts before the draw takes place.
  15. A person can only win once per draw time.
  16. Winners will be contacted telephonically and via SMS
  17. Any person deviating from the promotional rules will be disqualified.
  18. If any rules are found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effects.
  19. By entering this competition entrants accept and agree to abide by the rules, terms, and conditions that apply.
  20. Prizes are not transferable. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  21. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
  22. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management
  23. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
  24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force

  26. The rules of this promotion are only valid as set out under the Covid-19 Alert Level during which they were issued and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazetted guidelines.
