1. Any person who is under the age of 18, who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or taking part in this promotional competition
2. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

4. Jackpot will be set at R5000 per Sunday activation.
5. The promotion will take place on Sundays at 14h00 with entries closing at 13h30.
6. All Emnotweni Rewards members will qualify for a free ticket per week which will be available on eHosts from 11h00 till 13h30 on Sunday mornings.
7. The participant will have to select 9 numbers on the ehost and a print this ticket. This ticket must be kept by the cardholder to check against the numbers drawn from the stage by the promotional team.
8. The entries from the ehost (referred to as Super9 game cards) may only be used on the date it was issued. Game card printed on any other date will be disqualified.
9. Once entries close at 13h30, the Promotions team will extract and print the relevant ticket report from the Ehost which will show all patrons and the numbers they selected. This report will be used for verification.
10. At 14h00 the Promotions team will draw 18 numbers (ranging from 0 to 36) from the stage which will be displayed on screens at the casino.
11. It will be the participants’ responsibility to check whether they have matching numbers and they will have 90 seconds after the last number is drawn to shout SUPER SUNDAY and take their ticket for verification if they have a full match.
11.1 If more than one person have the correct matching numbers, the prize will be split equally.
12. Should 90 seconds lapses without anyone claiming the money then a manual draw will be announced from the Emnotweni Casino Draw stage.
12.1 Participants will be given 30 minutes from the announcement to enter their game cards into the entry bin at the Casino stage.
12.2 The promotions team will draw 5 tickets from the bin at the stage and each person will win R1000 cash.
13. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure that the correct Super9 Game for the correct date is entered.
14. It is the responsibility of the participant/s to present themselves to the promotional team for verification within the time limit given.
15. All participants must be present for the draw on the respective dates and times to be eligible for the prize(s), unless they have nominated an authorized representative/ proxy to stand for them during the draw
16. Participants that do not wish to attend/ be present at the draw must complete and sign the proxy form available at the Customer Service Desk on the day of the draw in person and with the nominee. Positive and acceptable form of identification (RSA ID, RSA driver’s licence or passport) must be presented by both the participant and the nominee when completing the proxy form
17. The “proxy forms” will be available from 9h00 until 12h00 at the Customer Service Desk where a participant can nominate a proxy to stand in for them to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced.
18. The participant will have to give a copy of his/her positive and acceptable identification and the nominees’ positive and acceptable form of identification (RSA ID/ RSA driver’s license or passport).
19. Nominees can only stand for one participant during the draw. Multiple representations will lead to disqualification. Only the first participant represented will be considered
20. Prize winners or authorized representatives who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards Programme Card belonging to the winner; and a positive and acceptable form of identification (RSA ID, RSA driver’s license or passport) belonging to the representative.
21. Should the winner not have positive identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Game smart System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Game smart System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible, and the onus is on the finalist to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
22. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes available to the winner they stand for
23. Prizes are not transferrable and may not be exchanged
24. The jackpot prize advertised is the actual prize to be won
25. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
26. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified
27. In case of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used to conduct the draw, at the sole discretion of Management
28. Every participant in this promotion shall be considered to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
29. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
